Can I Put Laptop Sim Card In Iphone Trying To Restore IPhone But It's Not Picking Up SIM?

Trying to restore iPhone but it's not picking up SIM? - can i put laptop sim card in iphone

I just turned on my phone and showed a picture of a USB-go to iTunes and it says: "The iPhone can not make calls or restore receive. From iTunes."
Now I plug my laptop and this message comes on my iTunes.
"iTunes can not activate the iPhone, because the SIM card is not inserted, or SIM PIN is required"

I have no SIM PIN, and tried to take the SIM card and used again Any ideas?
